GIFT CARD & CREDIT NOTE POLICY
- Gift Card can be redeemed online at www.indiantesoro.com
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards
- If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
- Gift Cards will expire after 365 days from the date of issue. And any unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash
- You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards
- Gift Card number is confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Indian Tesoro shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued
- Validity of Gift Cards are not eligible for extension nor new Gift Cards shall be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards
- A Gift card once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Gift Cards Purchased on our website will be sent via email. Physical copies of the Cards will not be sent separately.
- Multiple Gift Cards and Credit Notes cannot be applied or used in combination with each other.
- Gift Card & Credit Note policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
